Castiarina lepida  Distinctive features

Recognisable as a member of the C. crocicolor group by the dense cover of scale-like, flattened, silvery setae on the ventral side; and the only SA species of that group with red-orange colouration.

Notes

An arid zone species found in SA for the first time by D.E. Murfet in 2014 in the Great Victoria Desert.
