Bubastes barkeri  Distinctive features

Bronze with reddish lustre, ventral side with dense long and widened pale hairs; pronotum very convex and arched towards head, about as long as wide; elytra with weak carinae.

Notes

Appears to be only known in SA by an old Blackburn collection from Quorn cited by Bílý & Hanlon 2020.
