Pronotum black with broad red lateral margins; elytra with background orange, and fasciae with dark blue reflections, anterior fascia broken.
Only known in SA from a single specimen collected in 1984 by Jennifer Gardner near Swan Reach Conservation Park in the Murray Mallee. The specimen (illustrated here) was taken on flowering mallee on 17th November.
