Plant description
Erect spreading shrub 1-2 m high. Leaves alternate, crowded; lamina elliptic or ovate, 0.5�3 mm long, 0.3�1 mm wide, upper surface glabrous, lower surface grey-woolly. Capitula solitary, terminal, sessile, 8�13 mm diameter. Ray florets 3�7, white, disc florets 3�9, cream. Flowering July - February. Fruits are achenes compressed-terete, 1.5-2 mm long, striate, densely pubescent; pappus bristles 25-35, uniseriate, equal, 3 mm long.
