Etymology
Latin 'olearius' pertaining to oil, from 'olea' olive and 'muelleri' after the Australian botanist Baron Ferdinand von Mueller (1825-1896)

Plant description
Spreading shrub to 1.5m high. Leaves alternate, sessile, broadly cuneate or orbicular with a narrowed base, 6-14 mm long, 5-10 mm wide, glabrous. Capitula solitary, terminal, almost sessile 13�31 mm wide. Ray florets 7�13, white, disc florets 12�18, yellow. Flowering August - October. Fruits are achenes terete, 2-4 mm long, densely sericeous; pappus bristles 40-50, 5-9 mm long, subequal
