Plant description
Perennial herb to 80cm with erect branches. Leaves opposite or in whorls of 3 or 4, basal leaves oblanceolate to narrow-elliptic, 1–5 cm long, 2–5 mm wide. Inflorecence a raceme, 2 or 3 in clusters in the bract axils, corolla blue-purple, white at base 4-7mm. Flowering spring-summer. Fruits are capsule 3.5–5 mm long.
